Protest ring: A conversation Piece

I created this piece as a reflection on the times we live in: climate change, wars and conflicts, human rights under pressure, growing intolerance, and increasing political polarization.

The ring refers to the fundamental right to protest and an essential part of any democracy and a way for people to express concerns and strive for change. At the same time, it speaks about the importance of dialogue, listening, and understanding one another. Its scale is modest, but wearing it almost inevitably starts a conversation.
